We are interested in buying fully permitted renewable energy projects (wind, hydro,
PV) in EU-15 countries and the Balcans. The plants should be operational by end of 2008.
Due to our established base of investors, our efficient infrastructure, and a good working relationship with leading banks, we can offer the developer competitive prices and a quick completion.
As a rule, we are ready to leave operation and management (including accounting) with the developer as long as a reliable and high quality service is guaranteed.
Normally, we do not assume the project development risk, but in certain cases we are ready to help finance the last development steps of a progressed project.
In this case - as we strongly believe in partnership and shared responsibility -
we propose to pay for third party development costs according to pre-defined
milestones while the developer covers his/her manpower costs, office and travel
expenses. When all necessary permits have been obtained, the developer is
entitled to a substantial bonus payment and/or a share in the project company.
